1. Business Support Portal To log into the Portal just click the "Login to check your tickets" link in the top right hand corner of the page. By logging in you can:

  • create new tickets,
  • get the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by our Specialists,
  • add comments and answer our questions,
  • update your contact information so we can stay in touch with you if needed.

2. Email Support For email support from your workstation, smart phone or other email enabled device just send an email to [your company name]@support.belmero.com. In the subject line provide a summary of the issue. In the body of the email provide a detailed explanation of the issue along with your contact phone number.
